  It is the 1st time I give the maximum note to an hotel: everything was perfect. The staff is always present to help you in whatever you need, making sure to respect your privacy in the same time. A must to go if you want to spend some time in Ouarzazate. The attention given of the designof every room, all the small details who make the differenece... o que as pessoas dizem » , the kindness of the staff, the location in a quite area just next door from all activities, everything is in place to make you enjoy your stay. - Stayed in the Shehrazad room which was well-decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. AC worked great, which made a huge difference because the heat in Ouarzazate was oppressive. While some have complained about the Vegas feel, my wife and I found the new and luxurious accommodations to be a welcome respite from the other riads we stayed at. Breakfast poolside was also a nice touch.

  Very nice stay for our first night in the South. The views from the terrasse were amazing and we had a very relaxing evening with good food served in a berber Tent near the pool. - Stunning location with fantastic views. The staff couldn't be more helpful…. a fabulous place that requires another visit.
