  The staff at Riad Chamali couldn't have been more adorable! Every single member of the team was smiling & lovely & couldn't do enough for the guests. The manager (Mounaa I think) was exceptional. Various members of staff walked us places in case we got lost (to find a taxi, to find a safe route to the square etc) and happily served our bre... o que as pessoas dizem » akfast even at the very late times we sometimes got up. Complimentary large bottle of water waiting in our room on arrival which was a nice welcome to - The people from Riad Chamali made ouwer stay great! I took my mam for her birthday to Marrakech. In the Riad my mam got flowers from the staff ! Wow that was a surprise! The manager of the Riad was very friendly, she knew a lot about Marrakech and the surrounding area! If she didn't know, she would come up with an answer later that day! -cooking lessons where great! -everybody was friendly! -taxi + excursions where great! Everything for a perfect city-trip or holiday!!!

  There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Which can prove to be an overwhelming experience when you have just arrived in th... o que as pessoas dizem » e city! It is also located perfectly to explore the city from either on foot or by taxi. 2. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

  We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed with nice laces around. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in - It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens. I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy
