It is one of the best hotels in my life. In this trip, we used 2 hotels in Marrakech, and the other one was not better than Riad Naffis. Naffis is not big and the room is not big, but it is compact, clean and beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is also nice. The most impressive is the watchman, Mohammed. He is so kind and nice guy. He satisfied us very much.

  We've been in Germany for 1 1/2 yrs and this was one of the best weekend trips we've taken! The Riad was beautiful! The owners fabulous and the manager Dahan was amazing. He toured us around to all the sights personally and totally helped me with shopping in the markets! Told me how much to pay before I started bargaining!   The staff at the hotel are really wonderful and accommodating. We had an early flight, so we had to leave the riad at 6:30. The staff went out of their way and served us breakfast at 6:30 am.
