  Location is very good (although difficult to reach, best is to ask the hotel to pick you up at the airport the first day and then you will learn the way). The staff is very friendly, and breakfast home made. Very nice house, and definetly a very good place to stay, really quiet but in the very middle of the Medina.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful, there was slight language problem because we did not speak French but by good will all issues can be solved :) Certainly it was our best deal in Morocco during our 2 weeks stay. It is well located - not directly at the main square but very close to walk and also close to walk to the tombs.   The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet.   Beautiful Riad, good value for money and very clean with lovely Moroccan decor. From the roof top terrace you can see the beautiful palace gardens. The family room we stayed in was huge, and stylish and also felt very secure. Like other travellers have said, ask for the Hospital Mamounia for taxi drop off and then next to the pharmacy follow the c... o que as pessoas dizem » obbled road on the right and just follow the house numbers, so relatively easy to find for a riad in the Medina. - We spend 4 nights at the Riad and it was lovely! It was clean and the breakfast was good as well. it´s only 10 minutes away from the center ( the main square, jemaa el fna) but if it´s your first time in marrakech the location may come as a shock at first because it´s situated in a poor area. All in all, I higly recommend it.

It is one of the best hotels in my life. In this trip, we used 2 hotels in Marrakech, and the other one was not better than Riad Naffis. Naffis is not big and the room is not big, but it is compact, clean and beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is also nice. The most impressive is the watchman, Mohammed. He is so kind and nice guy. He satisfied us very much.

  We've been in Germany for 1 1/2 yrs and this was one of the best weekend trips we've taken! The Riad was beautiful! The owners fabulous and the manager Dahan was amazing. He toured us around to all the sights personally and totally helped me with shopping in the markets! Told me how much to pay before I started bargaining!   I had a fantastic stay here during my five nights in Marrakesh. The staff are the nicest people you will meet in Morrocco - they are so helpful and friendly and just want you to have a nice stay and a good holiday. The riad itself is beautiful - everything is so detailed. There is a swimming pool that guests can use free of charge - very refreshi... o que as pessoas dizem » ng after a day in the Moroccan sun! There is also a rooftop terrace where you can sunbathe when you want. The room I stayed in was at the lower end o - The Riad is very nice and relaxing, very quite despite the surroundings of the medina. It's very safe, just by the residence of the King of Morocco garded 24h/24. Nice staff. Pool and terrace for sunbathing. It's only 5 mins on foot from Jemaa el Fna, in a quieter area of the medina easily reachable by taxi, bus and car.
