  We've been in Germany for 1 1/2 yrs and this was one of the best weekend trips we've taken! The Riad was beautiful! The owners fabulous and the manager Dahan was amazing. He toured us around to all the sights personally and totally helped me with shopping in the markets! Told me how much to pay before I started bargaining!   All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely, clean room and great sitting on the terrace. Make sure you have a meal there. My husband and I had romantic meal for two, just us in their small dinning room. It was by far the best food we had in Morocco (although we couldn't finish it all- I was about to pop!) Yes it's down a alleyway, but all Riad's are, and we felt perfectly safe as it's well lit at night. - Located at the end of a quiet passage this is a quiet traffic free location. We were welcomed by Abdul with mint tea. The turquoise room was spacious with a large ensuite, the beds were very clean and comfortable. In the morning a delicious breakfast was served on the roof terrace. Our room was cleaned and beds made each day. We had a very pleasant stay here. The local shops were interesting, the souks are 10 mins walk and the main square is 15 mins walk.

  Very nice riad. Rooms were very clean and airy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only downsides were you had to pay to use the jacuzzi ( when do you ever have to pay? Anywhere? ) and the noise traveled easily between the rooms. I am told all riads lack privacy and this wasn't a big issue for us ( group of mates). All in all nice place, well decorated with good staff - Good value for money! - The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. The Riad is like a little haven of peace and tranquility. It is perfectly situated in terms of being able to walk everywhere and you get a real feel of living in Marrakesh amongst the local people. We were travelling with our two weenage children and there was enough at the Riad to keep them occupied as well as being incredibly relaxing for us. Definately would reccomend Riad Vendome

  Absolutely delightful staff, just walking through the doors of the Riad it felt like coming home. There was a wonderful family feeling about the place and a great relationship between the staff and we were treated more as family than as simply paying guests. A beautiful place .. our little oasis in the heart of the Medina. Olivier, Mustafa, Abdu, Ai - Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.
