  We read excellent feedback and chose this riad and we were not disappointed! We are a family of 4 including 2 grown-up children. We booked a family room for 4 and it was ENORMOUS! (Two single beds were separated by curtains.) The main bed was a wrought iron four-poster bed with nice laces around. The room was nicely air-conditioned and after HOT outings, it was an oasis! There was no TV in - It was one of our best trips ever thanks to this Riad and Its staff. The place and the rooms are beautiful.the welcome is very warm and The staff is extremely Nice and caring. The location is ideal, a few minutes away from jemaa El fna from Bahia palace and from tombeaux saadiens. I Would definitely recommend this Riad. Nothing feels Like waking up in one of Its rooms to the sound of little birds and having breakfast on top of Its breathtaking terrasse. Enjoy

  Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy. Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

  Lovely accomodation, with staff that really would do anything for you. As the riad is quite small it often felt like we were were the only guests there which was heavenly.   We are a young couple who like to travel and this was probably the best vacation accommodation experience we've ever had - period. Marrakech can be overwhelming and we were so lucky to have picked Pavillon Oriental. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were well taken care of.   We were moved to their sister hotel Dar Les Cigognes so that our rooms would interconnect properly. We stayed in rooms Sahara, painted like a fantasy desert complete with camels and starry sky, and Silver - an elegant four poster romance of a room. Both could not have been more perfect for their inhabitants. Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

  This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights while we were in Marrakesh. Full of atmosphere and Moroccan character. Not luxury but beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had breakfast - which was plentiful. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. - The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's. Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.
