  All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe as the security was visible and aware. Our room was clean, check in was smooth. Ivan at the front desk was excellent. Even the gardener was friendly and warm.   The staff were fantastic! Helping us with inquiries and bookings for tours etc The hotel was excellent! It felt like a home away from home, we had the Master Suite, which we loved. Clean and tidy. Location, location. I could not think of better spot to be. Excellent value for money. If we ever come back to Puerto Vallarta (we didn't want to leave)... o que as pessoas dizem » we will stay at Hotel Catedral for sure. - The place is clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi & computers with internet in the lobby. Nice rooms with amenities - flatscreen tv, aircon, wall safe, etc. Quiet location. Close to Starbucks if you need a strong coffee fix.
