O que as pessoas dizem
Overall it was a great stay...it was a spacious and comfortable room
with nice fresh air flowing through the room because right when you
walked out of the room there was a staircase to the roof with a lounge
area on the 3rd floor where we stayed (don't worry there is an
elevator and only 3 floors high)..so it was half roofed and half
open...a nice feel...Also allowed the sunlight to enter in the room
which got us up early to enjoy our day just blocks from the
zocalo...great location and the bes. todos opiniões »
The room was spacious and clean and overlooking an inner courtyard
making it quiet and peaceful in bustling, noisy Mexico City. Staff
friendly and extremely helpful about directions to places we wanted to
go. (One of us is fluent in Spanish.) Restaurants and good street food
nearby. A 15 minute walk to the Zocolo. This was our second stay, and we
would stay here again.
The price was right, the location seemed good. The wifi worked, although mostly on the bed closest front door.
location building.
Yes 24hr front desk service but out of the 5 nights we spent there the
door was locked after 10pm...maybe keycard access to get in would be
better or have someone sitting in the front not just in the office where
they cant see the front door because we waited for some time before
someone heard us knocking on the door to let us in at least 3 nights out
of 5. Keycards are a little old so it makes it harder to get into the
room but not a deal breaker.
Shower water never got warmer then barely lukewarm.
We had the room at the front of the hotel - a big room with 4 beds for the 3 of us - but the street/traffic noise was impossible to get a decent nights rest.
no hot water even with switch on no heat no wifi in room.
