  This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Our personal concierge recommended Xcaret to us as an ... o que as pessoas dizem » excursion, and it was beautiful. Definitely a great place to visit, especially for a family. - We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer.... Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views. The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided. The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

  I loved that I could use all 5 of the Royal Resorts, 2 situated right next door. I loved that the Resort organised Scuba Diving with transport etc... I loved my room with microwave, fridge etc.. I love the convenience store downstairs. i loved the way the maid cleaned my room so perfectly well. I loved my room situated on 9th floor in the quietest part of the hotel, the list is endless - The hotel is very conveniently located right on the beach. It was a few steps walking distance from our room. The place was impeccably maintained. Though a buffet breakfast should have been included.
