Very clean, nice and luxury concept of interior design yet affordable..the staffs were friendly and helpful. They even call me for confirmation a day before and ready the forms fill-in before we arrived; i just need to sign only..when we report about the lamp blow-out in our room, they took immediate action to repair..in less than half an hour..definitely will choose this hotel again if going to Kuantan. A 3 star price for 5 star service.

We asked for changing a room with window, since the room we had booked was without window (which I mistakenly overlooked), there was no problem what so ever. Very clean, very nice interesting design of the rooms. New and luxurious furnitures, free wifi, nice interior decor, awesome value for the price paid. I like the room and the toilet especially. Good Hotel with Friendly Staff,. The bathroom is so good.. The design in the room difrent from other hotel....so nice... Got fridge,got iron.and hair dryer in the room..no need to reqjuest. i like the clasic design in the room e.g all the furniture & the toilet. Price Toilet very clean with excellent facilities. the design. The room was too small and very low ceilling. There is no place at all even for prayer. I booked for family room and was very dissappointed with the room size. The hotel rate was nit cheap if compared with the room condition. Air ventilation was so poor. nice bed, soft and comfy bed sheet and blanket made me want to stay in bed all the time. 1. The design of living room. (Basic). nothing much. Nothing. I don't like the design of the room because it's small and it has no space to perform solat (pray). Please enhance on your wifi connection in room.. it's kind of teribble,tq. Ambience n decor too modern for my taste. Room too small there was no space for prayer mat. Not muslim friendly. Management problem. small room, many big furniture too compact, not comfortable, hot water limited. 1. The facilities does not have towels for guest. 2. The room lighting is not maintained. During my visit on 29 May 2013 room 8203. The lighting is faulty. the suite room is not really a suite. it was terribly so small to be given a suite category. from inside the room, we could hear sound coming from the housecleaning staff, knocking on the room doors nearby etc.
