This is for the safety of our guests and other residents, especially during a fire. Please note that daily housekeeping service will not be provided during the period of stay. Guests may request for housekeeping service at an additional charge. Due to environmental reasons, guests are requested to switch off all air-conditioners, fans and lights when leaving the property. Windows should also be closed to avoid getting rain and insects in the house. As this property is within a housing estate, guests must observe night-time peace between 22:00 and 10:00. Please note that cleanliness should be observed at all times. These are strictly prohibited on the property: - Bringing explosive material (such as fireworks) - The hosting of parties and events - Smoking - Bringing durians - Pets or any other animals - Illegal activities (If any are found to be conducted within the property will be reported directly to the local police.) The property reserves the right to forfeit the deposit, should any rule be flouted or damages and losses be found. Please inform Times Square Condo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of MYR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
