  I must say your housekeeping staff are the best by far in any hotel that I have stayed thus far. I am one person who looks up to Chambermaids of every hotel that I stayed. I would give them tips when I check out. I called them the 'unsung heroes ' because I was raised up by a mum who works as a chambermaid all her life. I know my mum often complained that she never gets the recognition for her good - Beautiful modern hotel with a really comfortable giant bed. Lovely spacious room with huge windows and a view of Kuching and distant mountains. Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgable concierge. Did airline check in for me and printed out boarding tickets.

  Excellent facilities and cleanliness. The staffs are very friendly especially Ms Elaine Yap.We bought it at a discount price and the room we got is comparable to 4 and 5 stars room.
