  I just got back recently from a trip to Kota Kinabalu with my brothers and sisters. We stayed at Hotel 63. I was very sceptical about this hotel as I was tasked to do the travel arrangement including hotel bookings. Its all new and working very well and has recently been renovated. The beds and bathrooms beat many of so called '4 Stars' hotels. We all - • The front desk is superb. They are fast and servers you with a smile. • The rooms are superb! Is so spacious and clean. The Rooms are facing city view overlooking busy city. • The toilet is clean, and the house keeping provide clean towels every day if you request. The bed is comfortable. • Our booking doesn't include breakfast which I think is not a big deal.   Nice hotel with clean & comfortable room. On a separate note, I had a bad experiecned with one of the front desk staff while I was talking to her to complaint that my air cond room was not working when I came back from dinner somewhere at 11pm. I couldn't continue to talk to her as she was being rude to me . The next day once I am back from work a lady man - Love the furniture and atmoshphere of the room. Warmth, luxury, and all promised on the images seen was there.
