I was very impressed by how helpful the apartment owners were - no problems with checking in, although we arrived before check in time and they even allowed us to check out later than we expected! The owners were very friendly, helpful and approchable. I loved the little touches like towel heater and floor heating option. The kitchen was lovely and modern. Comfortable beds. There is nothing about this apartment you wouldn't like.
From the moment I booked the quality showed itself. Linda , the owner sent a nice email welcoming me with a request for arrival times and any special requirements. The apartment, is very well appointed, clean and comfortable . I would now never consider staying anywhere else when visiting Riga.
1. Location. The apartment is disposed in the center of the city. Shops and currency exchange office are next door to the apartment.
2. The apartment is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.
3. A landlord woman is very friendly and helpful.

Central place, just perfect for a city stay - shopping and "Wok to Walk" just around the corner. Very quite and anonymous, despite it is in the center of Riga. Professional and friendly staff - 5 stars from us!.
It's was nearly perfect. The floor heating is also very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay there with the fresh foods from the market!

The yard of the apartment is unpleasant, neglected and dark, but it is very small and very close to the street. I don't think, that this disadvantage is very essential.
View is horrible. No daylight. A dark courtyard used by smokers. You enter the building through a sort of a safe door. This should be mentioned in the information of the appartment.
No shower cap and other w/c stuff.
Small pillows, but you can use decorative red one instead.
