Good breakfast variety. Staff fantastic, friendly, they speak very good English. We were given the last room on ground floor facing the laundry and meeting place of staff which was a bit noisy and they could look into our room. However we were given another beautiful room on top floor the next day. They organised a taxi van for us and our friends

Good location for the sights. Offers free shuttle service to airport. Helpful staff and good breakfast. While not the cheapest hotel by back packer standards it gets you a lot especially if you have been traveling a while and need to spread out a little. Well worth it. Breakfast was generous.

Excellent staff and beautifully clean room. The air conditioning in the room we were originally assigned was very loud however when we asked to be moved we were immediately provided with a quieter room. The location is perfect for exploring the riverside and city. Lovely hotel with very professional staff. -

Great hotel. Only stayed one night but it was perfect for us. Big bathroom with a great shower, something we didn't have at many other hotels. Very clean and staff are very accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay. -

All requests were met. We were picked up from the airport and were welcomed by 2 friendly staff. Upon arrival at the hotel, welcome drinks were served. Staff were friendly and hardworking. You'd see them always cleaning. Thus, hotel and its premises were always neat. Breakfast was great! Menu changes daily. No complaints about the room: comes with a ceiling fan and A/C so you can choose between the two or use both if you wish to. Location was convenient.

My first impression was that Mandala Boutique Hotel is very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodative. Ms Monty the receptionist was very warm and friendly.
