Very refreshing modern interior design with wooden floors, stone bathroom finishes. Multi floor levels give a sense of various spaces even though one room with open bathroom (screened.) Smoked glass separates the toilet well. Double spa, great after walking all day. Fabulous electronics and surprising 2-computers on desk (need to read Korean to work them though.) Desks included charging cables for mobile phone and tablets. It would be useful if the hotel could produce short guides to the room a.

This hotel is conveniently located to lots of eateries, shops & convenient stores. Just 5-mins walk to Jong-no 3 subway station & airport bus stop. It takes about 10 mins walk to famous Insadong shopping street. Has jacuzzi, free minibar, large tv, good staff (explained the details on how to use the room remote control), located near to many food outlets/stalls and walking distance (10-20mins) to many seoul attractions. the location is very good!i love amare so much,,,hehe,,i stayed with my boyfriend for 2night....i don't wanna leave...(>_<)..but i don't have leave anymore..or i will stay longer!anyway..a good hotel!. The place is convenient to stroll around the city. I like the spa bathtub which you can relax after a tiring day. They provided a free drinks in the ref. location is very good，3 lines of metro are quite near， restaurants and shops are around,room is relatively bigger than that of other hotels in downtown. We were okay with that, and would definitely stay again when in Seoul; but the clothes hooks behind the internal door could have been a bit deeper. An easy way to switch language on the computers would be useful, as would a guide to the TV/Cable languages (which did include AXN and some other English channels.). Rooms amenities is not complete. Language mainly in Korean. The room is a bit dark because of the black painting. It was not cleaned well since the bed headboard was dusty... it is motel actually, cleaning is not satisfactory, arranged a room nearby the elevator to us, staff are not good at English, difficult to communicate with. Insufficient lighting at sink/mirror area. Standard European cloths cabinets not available. The staff were really helpful but do not speak English at all.Staff speak very limited English. Confusing to get to by taxi. Location. The underlying reason for this hotel usage is for "love" hotel so some unwarranted noise is definitely heard:) at strange hours. Linens were stiff and there was no laundry area. Bed was extremely hard. No other facility is offered except for the room which is lit horribly with fluorescent lights. Only hot water kettle is offered with instant coffee. The bathtub is pretty dirty and there is hair everyone... was not clean, bad smell every where , no facilities in the room , very expensive for what it is reallly! it was a very bad exp. for me staying there as a tourist.
