nicely designed, modern hotel good size room, modern interior, good (powerful) shower. Very friendly and helpful staff (but nearly all Koreans are like this) Good location very close to Haeundae beach bars and 5 mins from Busan's very efficient subway system. Very pleasant place to stay. The staff at the hotel front desk were absolutely fantastic!! In particular: Rosie, Elaine, Alex and David. The hotel was very close to the beach, station, restaurants and bars as well as the traditional market alley where there was a variety of local foods to eat.

Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and useful. I would recommend this place. ms rosie noh helped me without fail in some tricky situations.she assisted me off duty to purchase a mobile phone as mine stopped working.all the staff are amazing i would highly recomend this hotel. The hotel is convenienly located, it is very clean and modern. I have seen some other hotels in the area and the hotel Foret provides similar level of luxury for half the price. The close proximity to Haeundae Beach & Market, plus walking distance to APEC Nurimaru. Kids love to walk to the aquarium, plus the room facilities were great. This is a really good hotel. The hotel is well located not far from the Haeundae Beach and the subway. The hotel is fairly modern, rooms nice enough, not luxurious but nice nonetheless, in fact, they are worth the amount i paid. very fast internet A/C. lack of storage (closet/drawers) in the room. The condensation from the air conditioner drains in the bathroom. I reserved the hotel through the letsbookhotel.com but the hotel lost the reservation. It took several hours before they sort it out. Also, I have arrived after a very long flight, they did not want me to enter the room a minute earlier before the check-in time even though it was ready. In the end, they let me in 18 minutes before my due time. The family room is a bit small, but this is not an issue at all. The only negative about this hotel is the walls and floor are very thin. You can hear everything above, below, next door and across the hall. Hard to find initially. Could have had more tourist relevant information, like where the city tour bus went from, but they are a business hotel.... Hot water a little slow. - deluxe rooms too small, studio rooms definitely worth the price. it is hard to find the hotel at first time as it located at higher buildings around. a bit overpriced as most hotels in Busan in peak season not enough storage space in the rooms. Bit disappointed in terms of restroom, water leak from I don't know where. Walls were not thick enough that I was able to hear my neighbours... Air conditioning unit is positioned so that it blows across the bed. shower, sink and toilet floor are not seperated. Breakfast was always cold to tepid.
