To use the property's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Zao Onsen Bus Terminal. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The property is located a 1-minute bus ride away. Breakfast will be served at 7:30 and dinner will be served from 18:00 to 20:00. You must check in by 20:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Please note that restaurants around the area are limited and may close early in the evening. Dining options may be difficult to find after 19:00.
