The location is great. It's really near to the JR train Okachimachi station, and just minutes walk to A8 exit from subway. Once you get to the underground, the signs are helpful and intuitive in getting to the stations you wanted. The breakfast is provided, which is quite a surprise. The best thing is the free wifi both in the room and throughout the hotel. This is really helpful for me to check my iphones. It was a clean hotel very well located. We subsequently stayed at a hotel further away from Shibuya station a few days later and missed the convenience.
As expected, like all rooms in Tokyo (that come at a reasonable price) it was small, but very manageable.

I went straight to the hotel after arriving at Narita Airport. I must say that the location is just fantastic. From the airport, airport limousine dropped us off at the Ambassador Hotel which is within walking distance to the hotel. From the hotel, DisneySea Park is just 10 minutes away by foot while Disneyland is easily reachable via shuttle buse

The room had a dedicated air-conditioner that worked very well and a large LED TV! The beds were also soft and comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk from the Sumiyoshi subway station exit A4. It was about 25 minutes (Including walking) on the subway to Tokyo JR Station. It had also lovely walking paths along the river nearby and in the nearby parks.

This hotel is in a really great location. Close to the Asakusa Gate and temple and there are many small shops and restaurants close by. For Tokyo staying in Tokyo as a family of 4 we had plenty of space in a traditional Japanese room. I would stay again without hesitation.
