This is a cosy hotel at great location. We can see Odori Park from our room and hence the winter festival. Less than 5 min walk from Odori Station Exit 1. We love the private onsen which you can use just with your family & friends (that is if you do not mind male & female bath together) or just share with whoever you prefer. Anyway, there is only 1 onsen, so remember to book at the reception. The manager (cannot remember her name) is very friendly, helpful and speak good English.

The staff were amazing and spoke fantastic English, which surprised me due to being a fairly small hotel. They were also incredibly helpful and my mother and brother had no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want somewhere affordable and comfortable. The lady owner speaks perfect English and is very helpful. She helps me to recommend good eating places and made reservation for me. I will be back whenever I am in Sapporo. Location is superb for snow fest and price is reasonable. 3 mins walk from odori subway exit 1. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable, and included a lot of amenities. The location was fantastic, less than 5 minutes' walk from Odori Park and Odori Station. The staff was all very friendly, and you could tell they are a family because the whole time I felt a relaxed and family atmosphere. The breakfast chats with random other travelers was nice as well. Very helpful staff, great location in shopping area close to Odori Park. Many eating options near-by, it felt very safe to walk in the evening with two teenage children. Friendly staff, owner can speak very good english. Clean and big room. Convenient location close to subway, shops, restaurants etc.. You won't be disappointed. The staff was very kind and friendly and we enjoyed the traditional family room and onsen. It was the perfect location for the snow festival. The staff were amazing and helped us out with everything from where to eat and shop to booking our bus tickets to niseko for us!. I was here for the snow festival and the location of the hotel is just a stone throw away. One lady friendly staff who speaks good English tended to most of my needs. None. I wasn't sure how or when I could use the ofuro on the second floor. It's only one and I didn't see a schedule for men & women. I was too afraid to walk in on a family or ladies bathing. Nothing. My room was dark and old. I like large bed so i'd requested for a double bed, but gotten twin ones instead. Pricey for the room I paid but maybe because it's the snow festival and its location.
