The rooms were large and comfortable. There was a great stereo in the room with an ipod docking station. The internet was free and had the option of both wired and wireless. The hotel was in a fantastic location. There is a direct train from Namba station to Kansai Airport (Osaka's main airport), and takes about 50 minutes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My second time staying at Chisun Inn. Love the location, it is in the block center of 4 subway stations. Near everything you need to do or get. All you have to do is walk the beautiful Osaka downtown small streets.
Hotel ground floor has a restaurant, bar and Yakiniku grill which was ofter busy, and I think it is not under hotel management. -

Staff were very helpful whenever we asked them for something. Spoken
English was better than at other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Room
was larger and more comfortable than the place I had come from in Tokyo,
and it was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and 2 kinds of

2) onsen facility at B1 which was great after all the walking around the city

Excellent value for money. The hotel is about 8-10 min walk from Osaka
station and Umeda station, 5 min walk from Higashi Umeda station.
The staff didn't speak much English (except for one that we encountered) but they were eager to help and always very polite.
The rooms are small but adequate for Japanese standard. Everything you need is there.

The location is superb! Near Osaka station in the red light district and gay area of Osaka. The hotel is cheap and offers good rooms at low rates and services. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The rooms are small but fully equipped.

Close to the dotonburi arcade and public transport, so it was very easy to move around.
Rooms are basic but large enough to fit us bad out 2 large suitcases.
There are multiple Hearton hotels within the same area, as it is a chain hotel. Be careful with the exact hotel name as we were directed to the wrong hotel.
