The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very charming and the breakfast (japanese style) was made just for you (not buffet style) and they had no problem making it vegetarian for us. A very good place to relax and enjoy yourself. Great location with short walking distance to train station and all interesting points. Front desk staff can speak fair English with traditional Japanese hospitality. Seasonal matsui-ba crab dinner is good at taste and value.
