Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food.
Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food.

Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough .
We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

Definitely not my first stay at a five star hotel but Tokyo Palace is indeed one of the best I have experienced. Attention to details is key to Palace hotel, try and you will understand what I mean. -

Large rooms with kitchenette, very useful as we traveled with our 16-month old son.
Location is great - 20m from subway entrance, and central meaning you get everywhere pretty fast. Akasaka-mitsuke area is only a few minutes walk away with its massive amount of restaurants.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooftop pool, a simple but useful gym, laundry possibilities in the basement - all really good!

manager of Customer Relation was extremely helpful. After a dozen emails
going back and forth, cancellation and reschedule, she mangaged to help

Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. Glamorous hotel with a massive shopping area downstairs. Staff were prompt and polite and the room was good. Location is great with trains going to shinjiku only 4 stops away, or the sky tree 20 minutes or so the other way. Compared to other Five star hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed in, Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is the best so far. It has a wonderful and convenient location, a luxurious and comfortable room. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out.
I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen.
We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip.
The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere.

This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tok

The Concierge staff were first rate. They got me all my bookings for the top restaurants with advance notice and keep me informed in all the places to explore. We loved our stay at the four seasons next time we are in Tokyo it's Four seasons all the way. Let me add the room service and Ekki Bar were first rate. -
