The hotel staff were so helpful and all seemed to be bilingual. They really were so kind - the waitress at breakfast asked me where I was from, and when I said Australia she came back in two minutes with English guides of Osaka which proved to be so helpful. They were just so proactive.

Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto.

The view from our room was just so perfect! Universal Studio was so near we can see the whole park from the wide window. We can also see how beautiful Osaka is . But of course we love the Spa!!
The rooms are spacious , clean and have wide windows. We hope tocheck in at the same hotel next time we go to Osaka if possible the same rooms!!!

This hotel took me by surprise. I just booked it for the location (close to Kyobashi station) so it would be easy to go to the airport the next day. But wow! What a hotel! It felt so luxurious! The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the view from the room was amazing! I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Osaka.

The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

The location is good, not far from Shinsaibashi and Yotsubashi station. The staff was good, they let us leave my luggage at the hotel before checking in. The public bath is awesome and open almost all day and all night. The room is clean and full of facilities. The supermarket is just next to the hotel. The guest can use free computer and internet

It was in the perfect spot for walking around and taking in the sights, the shopping district was a small walk away a Citibank ATM which you can withdraw on international cards was around the corner. The small side ally food places were to die for! Out of all the places we stayed in different towns around japan this was the most convinient.
