Everything. Ricardo, the manager, and Marco, the chef, were fantastic. They were extremely hospitable, the breakfasts had a great variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt and delicious espresso or cappuccino coffee. The location was wonderful for exploring Volterra and other surrounding Tuscan Hill Towns. R

The owner Riccardo was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast were very tasty. The hotel is easy to reach by bus from Volterra. Saline is a fairly modern town, but, it is a great gateway to historical and natural sites nearby such as Volterra, Montecatini, and the beaches of Cecina.

We spent one night on the way to Elba. Fantastic Tuscan views, peace and total relaxation on the go. Maybe a little hard to get to the destination. I would recommend for people who like detachment from the crowds. Near the 20 to 30 km two wonderful small and charming towns. Good restaurant. Highly recommended for a relaxing break or stopover. -

congested place.
The breakfast was a feast in itself. The owner was a mine of information and recommended an excellent local restaurant, La Balze, for evening meals.
