The location is excellent! Right at the action of things and located directly in the hub of the main shopping street between Rialto and San Marco. In the morn, you can stroll to Rialto Mkt to view the local market .In afternoon, you can shop directly with all the branded shops located at your doorstep. In evening, you can walk to San Marco sq! Very cozy, lots of space, nice neighbourhood. Great value for money. Location. The apartment was very nice and had everything that we needed for the most part (except frying pan). It was a spacious 2 BR located central to the water bus route and easy walking distance to restaurants, sites, etc. During our stay at the Residenze Sinfonia Veneziana we felt like home. Your location it perfect for access to St. Marko Square, shops and restaurants and others.Space and flexibility of an appartment; feeling that we were residents rather than visitors. Friendly, attentive service. location was perfect. Independence. Being able to eat in the appartment which saved us a fortune. Very close proximity to Fondamente Nuove, ideal for boat trips to the other islands and very handy for arriving and departing with heavy luggage. The appartment was on the ground floor which was a bonus. This apartement is in historical centre of Venice and for people who like sightseeing´s is really recommendable. It is quite good value but has very few of the facilities listed in the description.Was not at all as described in the room description. Was a very verysmall appartment with 1 shower/toilet marginally bigger that a closet. location only. I made the reservation on May 17th with confirmation from you shortly there after however I had an apartment and the person owning the apartment did not email me until we had left the US and I did not get her information. We had a terrible time trying to contact her and the information I had regarding the apartment from your web site was not the same as where we stayed. Stated that breakfast was included, but in fact it wasn't.Washing machine not clean. rats in the walls of the bedroom. The oven/grill didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. Didn't look anything like the appartment shown on the internet but we were still pleased with it. For the family with young children - the stairs to third floor, where the appartement is situated, is not so easy to reach.The apartment was not as described. It says there are TVs and airconditioning in every room; in fact there are no TVs nor is there any airconditioning. The "fully equipped kitchen" lacked basic utensils and the washing machine had been disconnected. The location was nothing like that described. There was no breakfast service. Finally, they do not accept credit cards. Not clean enough..... No air condition...... No TV....... and too many fly and mosquito......The size, and the fact that it was completely the opposite as advertisedin your room description. It is bordering on false advertising. no correlation between picture appartment and accommodation where we stayed,neither was location on map as expected, shower very cramped, dangerous electrical wiring, no sitting area of any comfort, balcony intrusive to neighbouring residents and less then atractive views, overpriced.
