Pensione Guerrato - Fotos
O que as pessoas dizem
Nice location, just besides the water bus stop. The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square. There is also a fruits market downstairs.
The staff were very attentive and kind and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The baby bed was perfect and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The pensione is great value for money and ideally situated near the Rialto bridge.todos opiniões »
We enjoyed the views very much as well as the home and the grounds. It was an easy walk into Cortona, which we also loved! The restaurants and shops were great and the people very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this home.
A fabulous place to stay, perfect in every way. Large comfortable room in a great area of Venice near to water bus stops and quiet spots in San Polo. Wonderful, friendly staff who give great restaurant recommendations.
Roberto, the owner was extremely helpful in every way. Having traveled
to Venice from Paris, it was a pleasure dealing with Roberto who speaks
perfect English, though he modestly says he knows just enough to get by.
The staff was outstanding and extremely friendly. The place was conveniently located right off the ferry and close to all the places you could walk to. Would come back, had a great time.
I enjoyed the staff, the location and the furniture. If in future I come back to have a weekend in Venice, I will surely choose Pensione Guerrato for my stay.
Excellent room size, perfect for us and our small son. Lovely location. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Very clean.
The location was wonderful...a 2 min walk from the Rialto Bridge! Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.
The location is superb and the staff are absolutely amazing. We got
recommendations that were all spot on.
Location was great. Staff was very helpful And gave excellent
suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants.
Walking distance to everything! The helpful staff on finding good restaurants.
central location, quiet building, clean rooms, friendly staff, great bathroom.
Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Old historic convent with character.
Central location, quiet spacious room, breakfast included, free

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff.
Location was closed to Riato, very convenient.
Good localisation in the town
Size of the room.
Great location and staff were really helpful.
The room was very comfortable and clean.
Clean, comfortable, and nice location.
Location, room size, staff.
excellent location!!!.
Excellent location.
Breakfast in a beautiful room was delicious with a very attentive staff.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Full of character.
Location was ok. Quiet on the 4th floor.
Location was very convenient.
Air conditioner seems work not so well.
Nothing... we loved it.
Nothing.
There was nothing I did not like.
Value for money is tricky in Venice as everything is over-priced - we paid a lot for the accommodation but it was basic comfort. This is not a criticism of the hotel as such, though, more a statement of how things are in Venice! No baby high chair available in the breakfast room.
Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift...and the beds could have been a little more comfy.
We knew about the steps in the premises and were fine with them but they
are definitely not suitable for everyone.
Only complaint would be if the air conditioning would work better. We
were there mid July and the room never cooled off enough for us and the
hotel did not use a/c in lobby or breakfast area.
coffee wasn't warm enough, a bit hard to find the first time.
Perhaps I missed something but directions to the Pensione were inadequate. letsbookhotel.com needs to give more exact directions on a more detailed map at the time of booking. Thanks.
Coffee served at breakfast was bad. After the first day we switched to
tea and wen to the nearby cafe for coffee after.
could use some help on breakfast. some protein items (eggs, hard boiled of course not the mushy stuff) maybe a selection of fruit (the market is just down the street if you wish to buy fresh fruit) Also, a small space for too many people, the service people had a hard time moving around, and so did we.
There was no bar fridge to store water bottles etc and no TV supplied.
Little bit noisy due to a pub.
The breakfast options were limited (it wouls have been good to have had done fruit on offer) and the coffee and tea were terrible - cold and horrible.
No elevator! I do realize, however, that elevators in old Venetian
buildings are hard to come by, so this is a very, very minor complaint.
no elevator...sorry.
Stairs.
Two of the desk staff were indifferent whenever approached, however,
on the last day the desk clerk (manager/owner?) couldn't have
been nicer.
We didn't realise that the en-suite we had booked was not directly off our room. We had our own bathroom but had to access it from the corridor. This should have been made clear when we booked.
Room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. No help available for
luggage. Gluten free request at booking was ignored until the last day
even though they acknowledged the request at check-in. Owner was nice
but all other staff were gruff.
1. No lift -- we were on the 3rd floor (4th level) which was 75 steep steps from the ground level.
2. Wi-fi only worked in reception area that had inadequate seating.
3. No TV in rooms or in the reception area.
