Perfect for people travelling in groups, 2 double rooms and 2 single,
each with their own bathroom. Kitchen is fully equiped and the price we
paid (in extra season, begining of March) was very good - 140 eur per
night for all rooms. Bedsheets and towels are white and you can feel
they have been washed at a high temperature.
Loved the location, in a charming neighborhood full of locals, but still close enough to water bus lines and St Marks. Surprisingly large supermarket nearby. Loved having all the floors in the apartment, and the separated space. Accommodating staff.todos opiniões »
It is great to have such a spacious appartment so near to the main locations of the Biennale. Wonderful to spend our time among ordinary Venetians in the lovely neighbourhood of Castello, away from the main tourist attractions.
Excellent accomodation for a group of friends or family, clean rooms all with en suite. Nice kitchen area to sit. In good area easily accessible to San Marco, but quiet.
The apartment was very central and everything was within easy walking
distance - there was a lovely restaurant situated just yards away from
the apartment.

The electric lock to the front door did not work (maybe we were given the wrong code?)
The kitchen equipment was great, but then there was hardly anything to actually make use of it (like pots and pans). And there was a terrible, penetrating smell of humidity, especially at the ground floor. Fortunately, this became less irritant when we eventually got the heater going.

It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack containing basics
such as bottled water and milk - also some information about the local
area with details of restaurants/supermarkets. The apartment is not
be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Hot water didn't work, really hard to find at first. Alot of steep stairs became quiete annoying.
The check in procedure was very weird where we had to email all guest names to them, and then even after that they were confused about exactly how many people were staying. We eventually got it sorted out through one of our Italian friends. It would have been impossible if you didn't have constant Internet connection and no italian.
The floor in the kitchen was dirty!!!!! The dishes were dirty. The cutlery and crockery were inadequate!!!
