Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location with free off road parking, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Torbole and the lake ferry. Plenty of breakfast available - amazing view from the hotel.

The hotel has a really nice terrace. It's right next to Lake Garda.
View is superb. Friendly staff. Only a 5 minute walk to the town center
of Trombole. A windsurf spot is right across the street, if you want to
hire some stuff you have to walk on the main road heading away from
Trombole for about 5min. They have good material but it's quite
expensive (we payed 70€ for half a day including everything, board, rig,

We had room with a big terrace with a great garda lake view. But not every room has terrace. Breakfast is nice with watermelon. There is a small beach opposit the hotel.
Our room had a view over Lake Garda which was stunning.

Room was slightly on the small side.If you are looking for windsurf hire, don't be fooled if you think you can hire from the centre next door in a nice cross wind, you can't- they would not issue any hire and send you to an alternate centre, 15mins walk away on a lee-shore - a much worse location.
The bathroom was very small and with 6'2" I had some troubles.
Parking was limited, if you arrive late the nearest is paid street parking. The hotel parking is very dangerously situated on a bend on the busy main road.
I had a single room in this hotel and it was really small. The bed was
too short from me (1.81m /5'11"). Sitting on the toilet you
could also take a shower at the same time as it was so tiny.
There are no fridge and no conditioner in the room.
Staff is unfriendly, nobody speaks english. A lot of ants on the terrace and also in the room.
