Friendly staff, panoramic view, location - The view is just amazing and its position in Sorrento great. Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar, the cleaning ladies. Always with a big smile and a friendly comment. The hotel itself is lovely with its feeling of the old days but updated for today. Its location could not have been better with a view to dream of and a short way to everywhere in Sorrent

The building itself and the blue harmony, the wonderful garden, the huge swimming pool with salted water, the beach, the delicious eating and last but not least the quality of service - The views across the bay were excellent. Staff were very courteous. The lunch at the beach restaurant was the best that I had during my whole 2 week stay in Italy!
