  We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... o que as pessoas dizem » around Rome.   Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. The breakfast included is a little light but is pleasant. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

  My husband and I stayed here three nights during our visit to Rome. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). Overall, a wonderful place to rest after traipsing over Rome. - Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.

  This was my 4th visit to Rome. Owner was amazing. He was waiting for us at the reception when we arrived and we noticed that he did this for every single guest, no matter what time they arrived day or night. We stayed in the Blue room between my parents (sharing the Queen bed) and myself on the twin. There is a kitchen with breakfast/snacks read - The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is across the street from the main train station so we didn't have to carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide you with a phone number in case you need anything. Just make sure that you let them know in advance when you will be arriving so they are there to me
