Gianluca our host could not be more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much. Planning walks to make the best use of time and packing in the sites, recommending local restaurants etc. Casa Martini was a fantastic location, within walking distance to all the sites but also close to the metro if you want to save your legs . It is modern and very well appointed. We loved the fact we had the use of a kitchen if we wanted fully stocked with tea, coffee, milk and cookies!

Kind and helpful owner, who gave us many recommendations for Rome and managed to give us a free ride to the station on departure.
Very modern, clean and nice looking room and bathroom.
In good reaching distance to the city by bus.

Although we did not like the breakfast Alex was very zealous to do the best he could - he even got some lactose-free milk for us when he heard one of us does not tolerate lactose although we did not ask him for it.

It is run by Pietro and Leonardo with the help of Simona. Very nice people! Pietro greeted us with bottle of wine and some fruits. We had new portion of tasty jellies chocolates every day.
Leonardo is good cappuccino maker:) He is also a repository of wisdom according to where to eat:) He gave us very good tips.
I surely recommend this place to stay in while visiting Rome. -
We booked in here on the recommendation of friends we made in Sorento and we were not disappointed at all. Leonardo was so helpful, when we were at the wrong address, he came and "rescued" us. The room was lovely, beautifully renovated space,fabulous bath. A bottle of wine and slippers to greet us, what a great recommendation. Thanks Charlotte and Mark!!!!!!

The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all
the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2
minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at
the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip
something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and
cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was

It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City.
