This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Rome on foot. We didn't use any public transport whilst we were there, venturing as far as the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Trastevere area and the Vatican City. We even walked from and to the Termini Station - this is long walk, but there are so many little streets and beautiful buildings to see! The staff couldn't of been more helpful or polite and the added touch of breakfast to the room every morning was lovely - we really enjoyed this. We had a standard double room, one of the smaller rooms within the hotel, and it was ideal. Enough space for our things, a spacious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. I would (and already have) recommended this hotel to others!

This is a great place to stay in Rome. Because it is the best combination of reasonable price, helpful staff, spacious finely decorated rooms with high ceilings and the ever best location! 3 steps from Piazza Navona, 5 minutes from Pantheon, 10-15 min. from Vatican, 15 min. from Fouintain de Trevi and Piazza Venezia, 20 min. from Colosseum - And everything by foot!!! Supermarket next door and tasty breakfast in room come as a delightful bonus.

You should be ready that there is no elevator. If you are ok with climbing on the third floor, you should immediately book this hotel - it is really worth it!

Great location - walking distance to all historical sites. Extremely large room, clean, and comfortable. Seemed to be good value for the money, particularly in an expensive city like Rome.

Not super quiet (street noise) but that is to be expected in a major city center.

Large airy room in an old building with a dark beam wooden ceiling. Travertine basin in the bathroom. Location is excellent - near Piazza Navona.

Need three keys to get in - no lobby.

The best part I like is the location - close to many attractions and then good restaurants, shops as well as convenient store.

The shower is a bit small. More chairs are needed in the room.

Its intimate bed and bkfst feeling...very delicious breakfast, very well situated!! Staff very courteous...

The room of course very old, crammed bathroom a little uncomfortable...the tv made a lot of noise, never worked well...we could only connect 2 devices to internet and sometimes it didn't work...

The room was nice and big. Nice decor - and very frindly staff. Good location.

A lot of noice from the street all night. In the mornings ( earlie ) - alot of noice from the hotel kitchen. That was the only "downside" with the hotel

Superb location, 2 mins walk from Piazza Navona, near tons of really nice restaurants and bars. And yet a very quiet rooms. Wonderful ineriors. Cool breakfast served in the room an very attentive staff. Perfect for a couple or a family stay

We stayed here in February 2013 and our stay was great. The hotel was in a great location where we were able to walk to all attractions. The hotel is on a street where there is plenty of great restaurants and bars to relax in the evening before you head back. The hotel room was large for Europe and the staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and has 4-5 private rooms. There is an elevator and they provide keys for access to the building. Breakfast was good, the typical Italian breakfast of croissants and coffees. You select between 8-10am for delivery of your breakfast. We would recommend this hotel.

We have no complaints.
