A wonderful apartment hotel. There is no reception or 24/7 staff, but if you enjoy privacy this is the place for you. A view of the coloseum at such a price is just a miracle. It is conviniently located near two metro stops. The owners are very nice and hospitable. Choose this place if you are on a budget.
perfect location, olympia met us there and went through a city map with us and answered any questions, she was contactable by phone or email if we needed. lots of restaurants nearby, supermarket close too. 2 metro stops 5-10 min walk. would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to return!. todos opiniões »
The owners were fantastic, great communication before we arrived and accommodating when we got there. The rooms were clean, fresh and modern. Our bathroom was a separate room but beautiful and private. The bathroom had clean fresh towels saving us on our baggage allowance.
Rome was excellent, the location of hotel Colosseo Panorama is very
good, close to Colosseo and the center of Rome. Our room was newely
decorated, very clean with all necessities!I Will definitely recommend
this hotel for all people!.

Central location in Rome, clean modern and quiet even though on a busy road. The Colosseum is just down the road and buses and the metro within easy reach. Some lovely local bars and restaurants recommended by the owners.

Great location, just a 5 min walk from the Colosseum. The room was clean and a good size with a lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast wasn't included but there were several local cafes which did breakfast nearby.
The Location was wonderful! When we checked in, we were given a map And multiple suggestions for supermarkets And locations to eat. The room was clean, the building was Great. I loved every minute we spent here!.
Close to Colosseum, wifi, the staff were helpful, the room was modern and spacious. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Owner was kind enough to arrange a taxi for our trip to the airport.
Colosseo panorama is ideally located to the coliseum and is within
walking distance to most of the sites. Enjoyed our stay there but not
really suitable for more than few days.
The hotel was fabulous. The location is perfect only 5 min walking to the Coliseum. Staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean and confortable.
İt was so nice place,it is so near all of historical places,metro and terminal,you can go everywhere by walk..!the Stuff was so friendly and helpfully.

It is very close to Colleseum which is about 5-10 min away. The hotel is
new and clean.
there were a few bugs getting through by the window but they were easy to destroy! ants explored our bathroom but nothing major.
Not so much a negative however the front door was sticky to open, think its time the building invested in a new lock. Also, a little pedantic I know however, there were no tea making facilities. It would be worth taking a travel kettle along if you like a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. There are cafes and bars nearby but Rome is expensive, just taking a kettle could save you quite a lot of money.
The fact that the bathroom was not attached directly to the room but we did have exclusive use of it. However I did know that when I booked. The international channels on the TV were not working.
The front door to the main building was difficult to open needs fixing.
Noisy without windows shut (though the aircon worked very well); even a
bit noisy with them shut. And one day the room was not made up when we
came back in the evening.

If possible arrange electric sockets near the bed.
No internal sound isolation at all, you won't hear anything from the street,but you'll hear every step and word from your neighbours.
water comes under the shower door.
We were always stuck at the main door as the key just don't work
quite well. I'd suggest Francesco to have the key changed so that
the next guests won't have to face the situation again.
