even it is not close to the city center, but just 3 minutes' walk from the bus stop. there is also a big supermarket nearby. the room is super big and very clean. furniture are new and comfortable. overall, everything is perfect.

The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

What an amazing place ! I can't remember where we ever have received such a warm welcome and such a extraordinary and individual hospitality as in this lovely hotel in semproniano. We enjoyed our stay very much and strongly recommend the place. It is a perfect place to just relax at the pool or sitting in the garden/yard, to start for hikes, or to go to nearby cities like Florence or Siena for a day (by train or by car). The best parts at that place were:
- Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff
- Beautiful middle-age building (renovated with all modern comfort)
