The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a comfortable size, all with balconies! The location of the hotel is ideal for walking to the town and beach, but most ideal for those who like to cycle! Be sure to get your spot around the lovely pool or head up to the r - I'd like to thank Massimo and Sandro for their hospitality!!! The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is 5-7 min walk from the nearest beach in a very green place. It looks like on photos, good breakfast, clean rooms. I recommend to book a delux one if possible with a huge balcony. I also like bike service

Very easy to locate off the autostrada, and few minutes walk into the beautiful centre of Pistoia. We stayed overnight but would certainly return for a longer period. We stayed three nights there and longed to stay much longer. Do yourself and your compagnions a favour, go nowhere else but to Il Salviatino if you are in Florence - The hotel is a delight and our garden room was more than we had expected. The hotel staff were simply magnificent and were always looking to help us with, for example, directions for days out of Florence, booking train tickets to Rome and restaurant reservations. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the serving of drinks and aperitivo in the library was a nice touch..
