  The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). For conclusion, a great value pe - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

  This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.

  This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.

  I loved the stay at Villa Aruch! 1-Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the girl that checked us in (took all the trouble to guide us and came back after check-in hours without extra charges). She also called a nearby restaurant to wait up for us to arrive before closing. 2-Spacious loft-type apartment. 3-Toilet well equipped and contai... o que as pessoas dizem » ned a walk-in shower. 4-Generous complimentary biscuit selection in the apartment and fruit baskets in the common area. 5-Well equipped kitchen. 6-Was - Villa Aruch is an excellent property to stay at. Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The hotel is situated in one corner of the town, totally cut off from the main areas with no supermarkets or restaurants anywhere close by. If that doesn't bother
