  Friendliness of staff, stunning views, relaxed atmosphere and terrific evening meals! - The infinity pool has the most amazing view and our room was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. The restaurant had a very interesting menu and the terrace makes a perfect place to enjoy breakfast with the stunning views across to Stromboli.

  We adored this hotel. It's beautifully decorated with antiques etc. The location is perfect for the old part of Taormina and they run bus transfers to a couple of beaches for €8 and €10. If you arrive by bus and are unfamiliar with Taormina we recommend getting a cab to the hotel as it would be difficult to find initially. In fact as soon as we would arrive in reception they would leave whatever work they wer - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - a very pretty, small and intimate hotel. It had a very nice terrace area for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon and our room had its own private terrace too. Breakfast was extremely good, with lots of choice and some local specialities which we liked very much. Quiet, but convenient for the centre of Taormina.

  Excellent location and our room was quite wonderful with a view over the vineyards and sea in the background. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious. Staff most helpful and friendly. Although parking was almost 1km away, they arranged a free shuttle which worked really well. Breakfast was fresh and had a very good selection. Very big, so you can get a real swim even if there are kids cavorting around, and there's a longer separate pool if you really want to pound along. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.
