  We loved it here. The town of Nicolosi is welcoming and friendly, as is the B&B, really a small apartment. Shop at the butcher for some good Scicilan meat and sausages and pick up some fresh vegetables and wine from a barrel, at a friendly vendor and go back to the B&B to cook in the little kitchen.   We spent two nights in the hotel and we loved it! The staff is super friendly and speak good English. Before leaving they helped us choosing next destinations in Sicily!   Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.   The place is awesome and the little houses really nice. In the midle of "nowhere" is a fantastic place where to stay and relax. It'a a pity we did not have the chance to stay a bit more time to do a barbeque in that wonderful environment. Breakfast is ok: coffee, milk, pineapple juice (not fresh), a homemade cake and bread. We spent just 1 night and it's a bit far from the way -we were doing a trip around Sicily- (a - Turned out that renting an apartment at Case Don Ignazio in southern Sicily was an excellent idea.
