Staff in reception desk very friendly and solved an issue very professional and efficient especially since caused by us at time of booking and we ended up with 3 beds instead of 4. - The very friendly staff, the colors and nice furnitures, the breakfast.   We stayed at this hotel as part of our five week motoring tour of Italy. It is conveniently located for easy access to the central piazza in Pula and the wonderful sandy beaches and the ruins of Nora along the coast. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the square and the same to walk to the beach but if you enjoy walking it is a pleasant stroll although there is a shuttle bus available.
