  The room was compact but split in 2 levels with a little stairs and I liked the idea a lot. The hotel is in front of the sea, close to the city centre.   Very central in Ortigia. The rooms were comfortable with good big beds, fridge, television with english-language stations and air conditioning. The owner was very hepful when we needed to hire a car and about our day trips. We found we could use Sleep in Sicily as a good base. - Personal approach from the owner
