The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

We loved our stay here. After an initial confusion on our Gps which sent us to a different Casazze about 2hrs further South we were quite exhausted on arrival and our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming.
The B&B is very spacious, clean and well appointed - one note, we couldn't find wine glasses, but other than that everything about the rooms were what we expected for the price. Very family friendly.
But the real pluses for us were the location and our hosts.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive. Breakfast was more than adequate

We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. Patrizia (the manager) and Loredana (the breakfast cook) were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was comprehensive. The room was large and comfortable although sparsely furnished. The in-house restaurant was excellent (especially the tagliolini al limone) and the wines are of a high quality. -
