Location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere....yet it is so quiet inside the house that one could think this is not in Rome. We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.

wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,

The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

We thought that the hotel was great! The stove in the room was handy and the rooftop terrace was perfect for eating dinner or for drinks at night. Although small, our room was very clean and comfortable. - the stuff was very friendly and willing to give you any info.

It is a friendly relaxing place to stay, close to Rome and the airport. Bracciano is an interesting town and the lake is close. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. I would go back for a longer stay. -

The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome.
The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.
