Annamaria and Pietro are very warm friendly and professional hosts. They have created very beautiful and relaxed surroundings and their guests happiness is their priority. The LOCATION was fabulous! Just a short 10 block walk to the vatican/Tiber river.... I could walk to almost any amazing site/area within 30 minutes to an hour, and the Metro station for the cities great subway system, is about 8 short blocks away.

Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast food was great, an array of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries, all served in a delightful room looking out over the city. Room was very nice and clean and the staff were excellent.
we had to check out at 4.30am to catch an early flight back to London and the receptionist gave each of us a breakfast box
