These rooms were very clean. We felt as comfortable as in our ow - Almost everything was great....almost because the guesthouse has been opened only recently (about a month old) so it's still a work in progress. Having said that, every basic necessity is in place, it's just about putting additional final touches to make the place that much more comfortable for the guests.   it was wonderful welcoming staff, very helpful & kind. everywhere very clean & quiet. Nice quality furniture & bedding item. very useful kitchen & nice living room to share. I strongly recommend this place to stay. we will stay again if we go to Rome.
