Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

The building is wonderful, a tasteful fully restored old mansion with a beautiful view of the sea The staff were very attentive and helpul and the receptionist who is a lovely person spoke good english. Check-in was quick. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful.
The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome.
The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.

They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the
room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a
phone in our room. We had a glitch with our cell service and did not
have access to our own phone on the trip so this was very helpful. Room

It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our
stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that
because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day,
the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks
to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call
and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but
didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there
were some

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Really liked this place, nice hotel in the middle of the countryside (You need a car unless you are a fan of long walks).
One of the owners met us at the house, extremely nice lady.
