They are beyond amazing. Viviana and her team goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable and make sure all our whims and wishes are met. We have the family room on the ground floor by the gardens and there's a jacuzzi right outside on our very own terrace area. The staffs even clean it again right in front of us when we just mention we will use it. Andres drops us off and pick us up from the marina, town etc so transportation is no trouble at all.   This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. The new feeling is one of a boutique hotel with an intimate feeling. The entire staff went out of its way to meet our every need. Consider rooms on 3rd and 4th floor for a great view, they are also renovated and very nicely furnished. Great breakfast. I will definitely come back.

  The Romeo hotel has a nice modern look and feel to it. High quality furnishing all around. Staff was friendly and always seemed to help when needed. If your coming from America, expect room to be smaller than we're used to. We had a small room for the price of a suite in Vegas. The room has everything you will need.
