Accommodation was excellent - new, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Added advantage of having a pool which was needed after a hot day sight seeing.

Any closer to the reason why you are in Pisa, would have to be, inside the campanile (that slightly leaning tower you might have heard about) You don't get any better location to the Campo than this. Good breakfast to start off with.

The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They
all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my
complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me
with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning
Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door.

Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and
kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity
to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year
old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than
adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and
then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room.
Would go back again!

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while. Would have to stay longer after much travelling, however had to move on. Did enjoy the 2 night stay. -

no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very
friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to check in and our room
was ready at 1100 hours in the morning. The room was basic, little dated

What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Absolutly beautiful place to stay. Right in the front of the tower, but though it is busy in the street it si very calm in the hotel. I recommend it to everyone going to Pisa.

Really freindly welcome and a fantastic location in Pisa. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families.
They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..
