We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. The rooms are big and clean BUT the place is noisy being on two laneways which have foot and motorbike traffic all night.   Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22.   Very cozy, family-run hotel. Staff does really everything to make one feel at home. The rooms are very Italian style which I prefer a zillion times over the so-called "boutique"-style that seems to be more and more the same all over the world. But hey, if you have a problem with that, Italian cities are not where you belong. Finally, Palermo for me more and more becomes a wonderful and in - Hotel Concordia had everything we needed. Central location and only a few minutes walk from Central railway station. Good sized room with power shower, TV, adequate furniture, security, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast of croissants, pastries, fruit, cereals, biscotti, fruit juices, water, cappucino, coffee and teas. The view from the balcony was typically Italia and I loved it.
