  The Poseidonia Mare has got to be one of the best kept secrets in all of Italy! It seems as though everytime I write reviews about the places I have stayed, everyone catches on and then when i want to go again, it's filled up! The sister Sofia is probably one of the best cooks in all - We stayed at this hotel in mid September and at the end of the season so it was quite quiet. The room was superb with a balcony and a glimpse of the sea. The hotel itself showed attention to detail in every way. The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful.   The hotel is professional in style and manner. Staff is very attentive and helpful with our arrangements. They are user-friendly for those of us with limited Italian. The restaurant's food is delicious and well-presented. We liked the local buffalo mozzarella and proscuitto very much.
